Story fit
The visuals should serve the publication, not just look impressive as single images.
About the studio
MyBookIllustrator has been around for more than 20 years. The work has always been practical: help people get from an idea, draft, manuscript, or rough collection of images to a finished book or publication they can actually print, upload, or share.
I have worked on book illustration, covers, spot art, page layout, print files, publishing cleanup, author guidance, and publication production. That background matters even more now, because AI tools can make images quickly, but they do not automatically make a coherent book.
A finished publication still needs style judgment, page planning, readable typography, print sizing, image cleanup, consistency, revision control, and someone who understands what KDP, printers, and digital platforms actually need.
Custom illustration, creator support, covers, layout, and print-ready files.
Artist-directed AI, traditional illustration when needed, image editing, typography, layout, and publishing preparation.
Use modern tools honestly while keeping the creator, message, and finished publication at the center.
How I work
The process starts with what you already have: a manuscript, rough sketches, AI attempts, reference images, a half-built publication, or just an idea. From there, we decide what the project actually needs.
Some projects need a full visual plan. Some need a style pass. Some need layout cleanup. Some need traditional art. Some only need an experienced review before money gets spent in the wrong place.
The visuals should serve the publication, not just look impressive as single images.
Files need to work in print, ebook, Amazon KDP, and normal promotion.
The approach should match the project’s goals and what the client can responsibly spend.
A manuscript, unfinished PDF, folder of images, or early idea is enough to start a useful conversation.
