Yes, on some projects. AI-assisted image creation is used openly when it fits the project, budget, and timeline. Traditional non-AI illustration is still available by custom quote.

The goal is not to make AI sound magical or suspicious. It is one tool in a publication-production process that still needs experience, taste, editing, layout, and publishing knowledge.
Will I know what process I am choosing?
Yes. Before production starts, we decide whether the project is AI-assisted, traditional, or a mix of art direction, editing, layout, cleanup, and production work.
Do you promise copyright ownership over AI images?
No. AI-generated material may not always qualify for copyright protection. I provide broad commercial usage permission for final approved delivered project files, and I transfer or license rights I personally control.
Can I use final files for KDP or other publishing?
Yes, the AI-assisted packages are built around practical publishing use: print books, ebooks, Amazon KDP, websites, social media, print collateral, and normal promotion.
What if my publication is already partly finished?
The Book Checkup is made for that. Send the manuscript, art, PDF, rough book, zine, workbook, guide, or publication and I will give clear notes on what works, what is missing, and what needs to be fixed.
Can you make a full book or publication?
For small guided projects, yes. The Complete Guided Book service can cover image direction, page planning, layout help, revisions, and publishing-ready guidance for books, booklets, guides, workbooks, and similar publications.
Can I request no AI?
Yes. Traditional / Non-AI Illustration is available by custom quote. It is priced differently because it requires a different level of labor and can include stronger written rights-transfer terms.
Do you do AI renders or videos outside of books?
Yes. I can help with custom AI renders, visual concepts, short AI-assisted video tests, book promos, trailer-style sequences, and social media visuals. These are scoped by format, length, revisions, and usage needs.
How do deposits work?
Listed-price services can be started with a 50% deposit through the deposit page. Custom traditional illustration projects should be quoted first so the deposit matches the written agreement.
Do you edit manuscripts?
I can help with practical publication review, page flow, basic text fit, and production cleanup. Deep developmental editing or proofreading can be discussed separately if needed.
